How to Cancel an Order

If the order has already been processed, we will guide you on the next steps, which may include initiating a return.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled within the 1-hour timeframe:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your provider

Late Cancellation

We cannot guarantee cancellation after 1 hour of order placement.
