1. How do I track my order?

You can track your order via our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your tracking number to get real-time updates on your shipment.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods:

    ❌ We do not accept: personal checks, money orders, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.


3. How secure is my online order?

All transactions are encrypted with SSL security. Your credit card data is securely processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.


4. When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged within 24 hours after placing the order.


5. Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one promo code can be used per order unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be combined.


6. What if I have missing items in my order?

If your package is incomplete, please contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.


7. Are there any exchange rates?

All prices are in USD. If your card uses another currency, your bank will apply the current exchange rate at the time of transaction.


8. How do I cancel or change my order?

You may request a cancellation, but:

  • A 30% cancellation fee applies (due to processing costs), even if you cancel seconds after ordering.

  • Orders that are packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

  • Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method.


9. Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after processing or shipment. Please use your residential address, not a temporary or vacation address.
